A design preview may be provided for approval
Production starts only after your approval and payment

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in your selected currency.

Prices may vary depending on material (stainless steel, sterling silver, gold filled, solid gold), size, and design complexity.

Solid gold items are made to order and require a custom quote.

5. Payment

All payments must be completed at checkout before order processing begins.

6. Shipping

Processing time may vary depending on the product:

Ready-made items: 3-8 business days
Custom orders: 5–12 business days

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or customs/import fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition

Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
